Step by Step


If you wish to dispute any information on your credit report, you are entitled to do so, please follow the 4 simple steps for lodging your dispute.

Step 1

You need to have a copy of your credit report so that you can quickly identify and dispute any inaccurate information that is on the report. If you do not have a copy, you can apply for one here; Application for consumer Credit Report..pdf

Step 2

Compile evidence to support your dispute, this may be in a form of:
• a decision made by a court or
• a letter of settlement from your credit provider or
• a receipt of payment.

Step 3

Fill out the dispute form and send it, we will get in touch with you for copies of your evidence.

Step 4

We have a 15day process to investigate your dispute, we will notify you of the outcome via email or phone.
